At some point in the late 80's/early 90's the Peanut Butter Crunch Bird became the new mascot, and/or villain, for Cap'n Crunch's Peanut Butter Crunch. She didn't stick around long.

The Peanut Butter Crunch Bird is a purple-feathered, overweight bird with a red bow on her head and a yellow beak.
