The Apple Cinnamon Cheerios comic ads pitted the heroes, Apple and Cinnaman, against different villains. First a troll, then a witch, and finally Sprinklegator.

It appears as if the first comic ad was actually a comic on the back of a 1992 cereal box when the prize inside was a pack of themed gum.

Comics 2 & 3 appeared in various comics from spring through fall of 1992.
