The Soggies are a pair of bad guys who like to ruin kids' cereals. Thet first appeared solo, and then ended up working for the Sogmaster, and later work for Dr. Sog. They were heavily involved in the Free The Cap'n? (1986) and Who's The Real Cap'n (1992) promotions.
